That is NOT Maricopa County's RINO recorder Stephen Richer counting Kari Lake's votes
Obvious mask lines and skull cap give away body double
I’ll start by stating that because I’ve pored over photos of the Rothschilds, I believe the real Stephen Richer is related in some way to the Rothschilds. From a strategic point of view, protecting the Brotherhood’s human trafficking and money laundering in Arizona would require that elections in Maricopa County be overseen by a well trained Luciferian asset.
Now, the photos.
On the left is Richer’s 2020 campaign photo. The slanted eyes and deep crease over the bridge of the nose give away genetic engineering, as hybridization with grey aliens often produces a baby born without nasal cartilage, requiring a prosthetic nose.
In the middle, a screen shot from a recent 2024 video, there is a crease on his forehead where a skull cap would begin. Subjectively, the 2024 Richer is, to me, a more attractive man, which one would expect if a casting call went out.

In the right-hand photo from 2023, there’s a defined line where I believe a skull cap begins. The skin of the skull cap is darker and shinier. The ear is much different from Richer’s ears in 2020. And what’s wrong with his brow?
I will not venture to say whether the actor in the 2023 photo and the 2024 photo is the same man, but I don’t believe either is Stephen Richer.
