Be very careful posing info. Just with a phone number there are apps that will pull up 16 phone history records, 27 address records, Court records, vehicle records, etc like a 2008 Lincoln Town car...
And hackers can use this info to craft very convincing phishing emails. And at the very least spammers use your email to inundate you with crap emails.
You can check if your email has been compromised by going to www.haveibeenpwned.com. They don't spam you and the site is safe, if you like you can ask them to send you an email if you are exposed in any breaches.
