I know that they did precious little for the North Carolina disaster survivors. And FEMA brought in the thousands of toxic-laden small trailers for the Katrina homeless folks to live in, and to be happy about. ;) Doesn’t FEMA ‘loan’ their dollars to assist the people after major disasters?
